| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou: Jaký jsem učitel. Je to otázka, na kterou hledá odpověď mnoho pedagogů. V této práci je uvedeno několik způsobů, které nabízejí možnost, jak to zjistit. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na osobnost pedagoga, samotnou profesi a také zde můžeme najít kapitolu, kde se rozebírá úspěšný učitel a doporučení do praxe. Poslední kapitola nabízí přímo metody pro získání zpětné vazby. Závěrem se můžeme podívat na výzkum, kde je využita jedna z možností zpětné vazby za účelem zjištění, jak být "ideálním" učitelem. | cs |

There are several ways in this work that offer an opportunity to find out. The theoretical part focuses on the personality of the teacher, the profession itself and also here we can find a chapter where a successful teacher is discussed and recommendations for practice. The last chapter offers directly methods for obtaining feedback. Finally, we can look at research where one of the feedback options is used to find out how to be an "ideal" teacher. | en |
