dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem "Současné trendy komunikace v projektovém týmu" a jejím hlavním cílem je zanalyzovat moderní prvky komunikace a překážky jejich implementace do praxe a navrhnout doporučení pro podnikovou praxi. První část práce se zaměřuje na teoretické definování základních pojmů projektového managementu, komunikace a jejích moderních prvků. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu moderních prvků komunikace a problémů v jejich implementaci pomocí Delphi metody. Výzkumné šetření probíhalo ve třech kolech a závěrem je několik doporučení pro podnikovou praxi v oblasti projektové komunikace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the topic "Current trends of communication in the project team" and its main objective is to analyze modern elements of communication and implementation obstacles of those elements in the practice and propose recommendations for the business practice. First part of the thesis focuses on defining of theoretical basic terms in project management, communication and modern elements of communication. The practical part focuses on analysis of modern elements in communication and implementation obstacles of those elements using the Delphi method. There were three rounds of the research and in conclusion there are a few recommendations for the practice in the field of project communicationen
