dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je podnik a jeho okolní vlivy. Pro tento účel byl zvolen podnik Lubomír Sokolík. Cílem práce je zhodnotit okolní vlivy, které působí na daný podnik. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická se zabývá pojmy spojenými s podnikem, definicemi analýz pro makroprostředí, mezoprostředí, mikroprostředí a SWOT a přiblížením podniku Lubomír Sokolík. V praktické části je použita analýza PESTEL pro makroprostředí, Porterův model 5 sil pro analýzu mezoprostředí, absolutní a poměrové ukazatele pro analýzu mikroprostředí a SWOT analýza pro celkovou analýzu podniku. V závěru praktické části jsou návrhy na zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku, které vycházejí z předchozích analýz. Závěry a návrhy mají napomoci podniku k lepšímu rozhodování a zlepšení pozice na českém a zahraničním trhu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the bachelor thesis is the company and its surrounding influences. For this purpose, the Lubomír Sokolík company was chosen. The aim of the thesis is evaluation of the environmental influences that affect the enterprise. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the terms associated with the enterprise, the definitions of the analyses for the external environment, the task environment and the internal environment and the SWOT, as well as an introduction to the Lubomír Sokolík's enterprise. The practical part uses PESTEL analysis for the macro environment, Porter's five forces model for the task environment, absolute and ratio indicators for the micro environment and SWOT analysis for the overall analysis of the business. In the practical part, solutions based on these analyses are presented at the end. These solutions are intended to help the company to improve its position on the Czech market and foreign markets.en
