Abstract
Der Aufsatz thematisiert die arbeitsrechtlichen Herausfor- derungen der Arbeit im Homeoffice in der Tschechischen Republik. Er beleuchtet den Rechtsrahmen hierfür und dis- kutiert ausgewählte arbeitsrechtliche Probleme insbesondere auch in Hinblick auf den Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz.
Článek se zabývá pracovněprávními problémy práce z domova v České republice. Zkoumá její právní rámec a rozebírá vybrané pracovněprávní problémy, zejména s ohledem na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci.
The article addresses the labor law challenges of working from home in the Czech Republic. It examines the legal framework for this and discusses selected labor law problems, particularly with regard to occupational health and safety.
