dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena realizaci výpočtu přesné transformace mezi souřadnicovými referenčními systémy S-JTSK a~ETRS89 a~využití získaných transformačních koeficientů pro přesné transformace v~prostředí GIS. Přesná transformace je vypočtena na základě metody gridu, kdy je využito gridu pro metodu NTv2. V~práci je dále celkově shrnuta problematika souřadnicových systémů a~transformací. Realizace výpočtu přesné transformace je uskutečněna pomocí databázového software PostgreSQL s~nadstavbou pro prostorová data PostGIS. Pro maticové výpočty je využito propojení databáze se statistickou knihovnou R. Získané výsledky vypočtené transformace jsou testovány na sedmi lokálních územích v~ČR, kdy výsledky testů potvrdily tzv. geodetickou přesnost transformace. Vypočtený transformační grid je možné využít buď pro GIS software, který využívá prostředí knihovny PROJ.4, nebo v~prostředí ArcGIS.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main goal of the Mater thesis is to realize a~precise transformation between the S-JTSK coordinate system and the ETRS89 coordinate system. Then there is possible to use the calculated key of transformation for a~precise transformation in a~GIS software. The calculation of precise transformation is realized on grid-based method NTv2. There is a~summary of coordinate reference systems and transformation in the Master thesis. The calculation of transformation is realized using relational database management system PostgreSQL and its spatial extender PostGIS. There is used a~statistical library R which was used as an extender for PostgreSQL for solving matrices. Achieved results of transformation are tested at seven local areas in the Czech Republic and they proved the position accuracy of transformation in an order of centimetres. The calculated transformation grid is possible to use either in a~GIS software using PROJ.4 library or in an ArcGIS environment.en
