| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na rozdílnost a odlišnost mezi účetním a daňovým pohledem na dlouhodobý majetek a jeho odpisování. Tyto odlišnosti jsou zkoumány jak z hlediska legislativní úpravy, tak i z hlediska praktického díky spolupráci s vybraným podnikatelským subjektem. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní charakteristiky v oblasti dlouhodobého majetku a jeho odpisování. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, ve které je charakterizována vybraná účetní jednotka a její odpisový plán. Dále je v této části vymezeno několik sloţek dlouhodobého majetku, na kterých jsou demonstrovány znalosti získané v teoretické části. U vybraných sloţek majetku jsou zhodnoceny způsoby odpisování doplněné případnými návrhy na zlepšení situace s ohledem na dodrţení zásady opatrnosti a věrného a poctivého zobrazení skutečností a optimalizaci daňového základu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The resented thesis is focused on clarification of issues and differences in accounting and tax depreciation from the perspective of statutory instruments and in the practice of a real company. The theoretical part that defines basic terms related to depreciation on the base of relevant law is accompanied by a practical part where the accounting unit is described along its asset structure and information about chosen fixed asset as well as described used methods of depreciation. Further in this part evaluated depreciation methods can be found together with particular improvements suggested in respect of accounting principle to display the accurate accounting and financial position of the subject and from the tax optimization according to related legal regulations clarified in the theoretical part. | en |
