| dc.description.abstract | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu konkurenceschopnosti podniku Doosan Bobcat Manufacturing s.r.o. působící v odvětví výroby stavebních strojů. Práce je orientována na evropský trh. Konkurenceschopnost společnosti je rozebrána pomocí analýzy externího a interního prostředí pomocí PEST analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti konkurenčních sil a analýzy vnitřních faktorů, jejichž výsledky jsou zaznamenány do tabulky SWOT analýzy. Na závěr jsou podány návrhy opatření pro udržení a případné posílení konkurenceschopnosti, které by společnost mohla v budoucnu vyplnit. | cs |

This thesis is focused on the European market. The company's competitiveness is measured by analysis of external and internal environments through the PEST analysis, Porter five forces analysis and analysis of internal factors. The results are shown in the table of SWOT analysis. At the end, the proposals of measures are put forward to the maintenance and the possibly bolster of the competitiveness.
