Řídící deska indukčního průtokoměru

Abstract

Tento článek shrnuje výsledky a závěry mé diplomové práce na toto téma. Práce se zaměřuje na indukční průtokoměr, popisuje princip funkce a následnou implementaci. Dále je představen inovativní návrh napájení prostřednictvím PoE s implementací vlastní elektroniky a testováním. Nakonec je představeno postupné zpracování vzorkovaného analogového předzpracovaného signálu s možností využití křížové korelace a digitálních filtrů. V závěru je uvedeno stanovení přenosové charakteristiky pro vyhodnocení průtoku.

This paper summarizes the results and conclusions of my master thesis on this topic. The paper focuses on the inductive flowmeter, describing the principle of functionality followed by the implementation. Furthermore, an innovative design of the power supply via PoE is presented with the implementation of the custom electronics and testing. Finally, a step-by-step signal processing of the sampled analogue pre-processed signal is presented with the possibility of using cross-correlation and digital filters. Finally, there is the determination of the transfer characteristic to evaluate the flow rate.
