dc.description.abstractPráce osvětluje důvody vzniku matrik a popisuje historický vývoj této evidence od počátků po současnost. Zachycuje vznik matrik pod církevní správou, přes zavedení státního dohledu nad jejich vedením, až po zestátnění matriční agendy. Uskutečněné změny sleduje v souvislostech s historickými událostmi, které měly zásadní vliv na další vývoj matrik. Zabývá se také legislativními změnami v průběhu trvání této evidence. Přibližuje současně platnou legislativu v matriční oblasti a snaží se vysvětlit význam vedení matrik.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor thesis illuminates the reasons for the emergence of registers and describes the historici development of these records from the beginnings to the present. It captures the emergence of the parish church government, through, the introduction of state control over thein leadership, to the registry nationalization agenda. It monitors changes made in the context of historical events that had a major impact on further development of registers. It also deals with legislative changes during the life of the database. It shows the currently valid legislation in the in the registry and tries to explain the importance of keeping of registers.en
