dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na konstrukci pneumatického upínacího přípravku pro měření komponenty na 3D měřícím stroji. Práce obsahuje rešerši na téma přípravky, popis materiálu Rene 65, ze kterého je měřená komponenta vyrobena. Dále se v práci nachází stručný popis výroby měřené komponenty, do jakých motorů se používá a jak tyto motory fungují. Další kapitolou je popis stávajícího řešení. V hlavní části práce je řešena samotná konstrukce přípravku a simulace zatížení. Model i simulace zatížení jsou vytvořeny v softwaru Siemens NX. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty náklady zvoleného řešení a vypočítána ekonomická návratnost.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedDiploma thesis is focused on the construction of the fixture for measuring part on the 3D measuring machine. The thesis includes a search on the topic of fixtures, description of the material Rene 65, from which the measured part is produced. Further chapter contains briefly description of production of measured part, to which engines is used and how these engines work. In further chapter is description of the current state. The construction of the fixture and the simulation of load is solved in the rest of the thesis. Model and FEA were made in software Siemens NX. In the end of the work the costs are summarized and the payback period is calculated.en
