dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční hospodaření města Sušice. Teoretická část je zaměřena na všeobecný popis územních samosprávných celků, jejich funkce a financování. Jsou zde charakterizovány nejvýznamnější příjmy a výdaje, které hrají hlavní roli v rozpočtech obcí. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření města Sušice v letech 2009 - 2013. Po představení města následuje vlastní analýza hospodaření města, analýza příjmů, výdajů, majetku a jeho krytí. Pro tuto analýzu byly využity závěrečné účty a interní dokumenty města za vybrané roky. Na závěr je provedeno zhodnocení finančního hospodaření města Sušice a z něho vyplývající návrhy na zlepšení stávající finanční situace města.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on the financial management of the town Sušice. The theoretical part is focused on general descriptions of a self-governing administrative district, its functions and financing. There are characterized the most important revenues and expenses which play the main role in municipality´s budgets. Practical part is focused on the financial analysis of the town Sušice in the years 2009 - 2013. After the introduction of the town, the analysis of incomes, expenditures, assets and liabilities is following. For this analysis there were used final accounts and internal documents of the town Sušice for chosen years. At the end there is included an overall evaluation of the financial situation of the town, from which ensue suggestions for improvement the current financial situation of the town.en
