dc.description.abstractRigorózní práce se věnuje práci civilního soudce s žalobou. Popisuje jednotlivé úkony, které soudce činí před nařízením jednání a poukazuje na různé problematické situace, s nimiž se soudce prvního stupně po nápadu žaloby může setkat, a to hlavně v souvislosti s odstraňováním vad žaloby spočívajících v nedostatcích v jejích náležitostech a zkoumáním podmínek řízení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe rigorous thesis focuses on the work of a civil judge with an action. It describes the individual acts that the judge performs before ordering a hearing and points out various problematic situations that the first instance judge may encounter after the action has been filed, mainly in connection with the elimination of defects in the action consisting in deficiencies in its elements and the examination of the conditions of the proceedings.en
