dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá ochranou spotřebitele se zaměřením na obchodování na internetu. Cílem této práce je poskytnout čtenáři povědomí o klamání spotřebitelů při obchodování na internetu. Práce nejprve pomocí legislativy definuje spotřebitele a podnikatele a vztahy mezi nimi. Poté se čtenář dozví, před jakým chováním ze strany podnikatele je spotřebitel chráněn. Na konci teoretické části autor popíše instituce, které chrání spotřebitele a popíše internetový obchod. Praktická část začíná statistikami obchodování na internetu. V druhé části se práce zabývá analýzou případů klamání spotřebitele na internetu pomocí investigativního pořadu, Druhá část se věnuje nákupnímu fenoménu "Černý pátek" a vyhodnotí obdobnou slevovou akci. Na úplném konci dojde ke shrnutí práce a k doporučením autora.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with consumer protection with a focus on online trading. The aim of this thesis is to provide the reader with an understanding of consumer deception when trading on the internet. The thesis first uses legislation to define consumers and businesses and the relationship between them. Then the reader learns from which behaviour on the part of the entrepreneur the consumer is protected. At the end of the theoretical part, the author will describe the institutions that protect consumers and describe Internet shop. The practical part begins with statistics on Internet trading. In the second part, the thesis analyses cases of consumer deception on the Internet by means of an investigative programme, The second part deals with the shopping phenomenon "Black Friday" and evaluates a similar discount event. At the very end, the thesis will be summarized and the author's recommendations will be made.en
