dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na komparativní analýzu vzdělávání všeobecných sester v České republice a ve Francii. Cílem bylo analyzovat rozdíly a podobnosti ve struktuře studia, legislativě, systému hodnocení studentů a profesních kompetencí absolventů. Výzkum vychází z analýzy legislativních dokumentů, studijních a zkušebních řádů a dalších relevantních zdrojů týkajících se vzdělávání všeobecných sester. Z analýzy vyplývá, že ačkoli oba vzdělávací systémy odpovídají požadavkům směrnice 2013/55/EU a mají za cíl připravit kompetentní zdravotnické pracovníky, liší se ve struktuře studia, hodnocení studentů, procesu získávání odborné způsobilosti a kompetencích po absolvování vzdělávacího programu. Kompetence absolventů se v mnoha aspektech překrývají, avšak existují rozdíly v rozsahu pravomocí. Tyto rozdíly mohou ovlivnit profesní adaptaci absolventů při výkonu povolání v jiné zemi. Výsledky výzkumu mohou být užitečné pro studenty či absolventy, kteří mají zájem o pracovní uplatnění v zahraničí, jelikož poskytují přehled o rozdílech, které mohou očekávat v odlišném vzdělávacím a profesním prostředí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis undergraduate thesis focuses on a comparative analysis of general nurse education in the Czech Republic and France. The aim was to analyse the differences and similarities in the structure of the study programmes, legislation, student assessment system and professional competences of graduates. The research is based on the analysis of legislative documents, study and examination regulations and other relevant sources related to general nurse education. The analysis shows that, although both education systems comply with the requirements of Directive 2013/55/EU and aim to prepare competent healthcare professionals, they differ in the structure of the study programs, student assessment, the process of acquiring professional qualifications, and the competencies gained after completing the educational program. The competences of the graduates overlap in many aspects, however, there are differences in the scope of competences. These differences can affect the professional adaptation of graduates when performing their duties in a foreign country. The research results may be useful for students or graduates interested in pursuing a career abroad, as they provide insight into the differences they can expect in different educational and professional environments.en
