dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma manažerské funkce v teorii a praxi. Cílem práce je propojit teoretický poznatků s praktickým pohledem manažerů ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy, historický vývoj a charakteristiky jednotlivých manažerských funkcí - plánování, organizování, vedení a kontrola. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu, konkrétně na rozhovorech s manažery ze společnosti OVB Allfinanz. Tyto rozhovory poskytují vhled do každodenní aplikace manažerských funkcí v reálném prostředí. Na základě zjištění jsou v závěru formulována doporučení zaměřená na zefektivnění týmové spolupráce a rozvoj manažerských dovedností.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focuses on the topic of managerial functions in theory and practice. The aim of the thesis is to connect theoretical knowledge with the practical perspectives of managers in a selected company. The theoretical part defines key concepts, the historical development, and the characteristics of individual managerial functions - planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. The practical part is based on qualitative research, specifically interviews with managers from the company OVB Allfinanz. These interviews provide insight into the everyday application of managerial functions in a real-world environment. Based on the findings, the conclusion presents recommendations aimed at improving team collaboration and developing managerial skills.en
