dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce pojednává o agroturistice jako samostatném tématu v rámci více druhů cestovního ruchu. Vymezuje rozdíly mezi venkovskou turistikou v České republice a zahraničí, přičemž zdůrazňuje přínosy a rizika tohoto podnikání zejména pro samotné podnikatele. Praktická část je zaměřena především na zhodnocení stávajícího stavu agroturistického centra Farmy u lesa. Detailněji poukazuje na silné a slabé stránky farmy, na nichž jsou zpracovány návrhy na zlepšení těchto nedostatků. Jsou zde zmiňovány i možnosti financování samotných zlepšujících návrhů a uvedeno základní podnikatelské minimum potřebné k tomuto podnikání. Popisuje okolí, ve kterém se farma nachází, jež je více než vhodné pro venkovskou turistiku, díky velkému množství historických památek a širokému kulturnímu vyžití. Krásná příroda obklopující stávající objekt umožňuje další rozvoj služeb cestovního ruchu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedPresented thesis deals with agrotourism as concrete topic within many types of tourism. In the introductory chapters thesis defines differences between rural tourism in the Czech Republic and foreign countries and underlines contributions and risks of this type of business, particularly for individual businessmen. Further chapters are focused on evaluation current situation of agrotourism centre Farma u lesa. Thesis points out strenghts and weaknesses of the farm and offers design of improvements of these imperfections. Possibilities how to finance these corrective actions and basic business minimum necessary for this enterprise are mentioned in this thesis. Environs of the farm which is mostly appropriate for rural tourism thanks to high level of historical monuments and wide cultural activities is very important part of the thesis. Beautiful nature surrounding current building has a great potential for development of tourism.en
