dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na vývoj nového produktu podle metody design thinking. Podle zadání design challenge firmou byl navrhnut a úspěšně otestován prototyp chytrého kuchyňského produktu, který odpovídá požadavkům potenciálních uživatelů. Cílem práce je zhodnotit použití metody design thinking a ohodnotit přínos finálního navrženého produktu pro uživatele a také přínos inovace pro firmu po stránce ekonomické. V diplomové práci jsou nejdříve představena teoretická východiska na základě literární rešerše. V teoretické části se zabývám teorií managementu inovací. metodou design thinking, ve které popisuji fáze inovačního procesu a doporučené techniky, a na závěr metodami finančního hodnocení inovací. V praktické části práce představuji stručně firmu a zadání projektu. Následně přecházím k popisu aplikování metody design thinking a hodnocení navržené po ekonomické stránce. V závěru práce shrnuji dosažené poznatky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMaster's thesis is focused on new product development according to the design thinking method. A company issued a design thinking challenge in which we developed and successfully tested a prototype of smart kitchen-tool according to our user research. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the application of design thinking method and also evaluate benefits of designed product for users and financial benefits of the product for the company. The first part of Masters's thesis consists of literature review in which I am dealing with theory of innovation management, design thinking method and methods to evaluate innovations using financial tools. In the second part of thesis I briefly introduce the company and its project. I then proceed to describe the application of design thinking method and financial evaluation of the designed product. In the final chapter I am summarizing the achieved knowledge.en
