dc.description.abstractPráce pojednává o institutu předběžného opatření v civilním sporném řízení, které je upraveno v zákoně č. 99/1963 Sb., občanský soudní řád. Práce obsahuje kromě historického vývoje a teoretického pojednání též praktický náhled na tento institut a jeho použití, včetně podání návrhu, rozhodnutí soudu o tomto návrhu a následný zánik či zrušení nařízeného předběžného opatření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the institute of interim measures in civil lawsuit, which is regulated in Act No. 99/1963 Coll., the Code of Civil Procedure. In addition to historical development and theoretical discussion, the thesis also contains a practical overview of this institute and its use, including the filing of a motion, the court's decision on this motion and subsequently the termination or cancellation of the ordered preliminary injunction.en
