dc.description.abstractTéma diplomové práce je analýza výkonnosti strategického plánu organizace. Práce byla zpracována ve společnosti Hanácké železárny a pérovny, a.s., která se zabývá vývojem, výrobou a prodejem šroubových, listových a parabolických pružin z oceli. Orientuje se především na železniční a automobilový průmysl. V první části práce je podnik představen a je provedena analýza trendů vývoje v období 2009-2013. Poté je provedena analýza podnikatelského prostředí, stanovena vize, strategické cíle a formulována strategie. Z krátkodobých cílů je vyvozen finanční plán a následně je provedena analýza rizik a vytvořeny strategické scénáře. Poslední část se věnuje zhodnocení strategické analýzy a uvádí se v ní předpoklady pro implementaci podnikatelského plánu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of this graduation thesis is Performance Analysis of Strategic Plan of an Organization. The thesis was performed on the company Hanácké železárny a pérovny, a.s., which is focused on the development, production and sale of screw, leaf and parabolic springs of steel. Company is being focused primarily on the rail and automotive industries. In the first part, the company is introduced and trends of time period 2009-2013 are being analysed. In the second part of the thesis business environment is being analyzed results of the analysis are being used during formulation of a vision, strategic objectives and overall strategy of the company. The financial plans of the organization were settled from the short-term goals and after was conducted the risk analysis and was constructed strategic scenarios. The last part of the thesis is devoted to evaluation of strategic analysis and it states the conditions for the implementation of the business plan.en
