dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je renesanční filosofie člověka a alžbětínské drama: reflexe vzájemných inspiračních vazeb. Hlavní metodou této práce je analýza filozofických děl Michela de Montaigna Eseje a Niccolla Machiavelliho Vladař, které poté budeme porovnávat s dramaty alžbětínských spisovatelů; v rámci této práce využijeme dílo Christophera Marlowa Maltský žid a Williama Shakespeara Hamlet, princ dánský. V poslední části práce rozebereme Shakespearova dramata Othello, benátský mouřenín a Hamlet, princ dánský, které se rovněž pokusíme na konci srovnat a uvést spojitosti mezi uvedenými hrami.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this thesis is Renaissance philosophy of man and Elizabethan drama: the reflection of mutual inspiration. The main method of this work is the analysis of Michel de Montaigne's philosophical work Essays and Niccolo Machiavelli's The Prince. These works will be compared to Elizabethan playwrights' dramas: The Jew of Malta by Christopher Marlow and Hamlet and Prince of Denmark by William Shakespeare. In the last part we will also compare Shakespeare's Othello, the Moor of Venice and Hamlet, Prince of Denmark to show connections between these plays.en
