dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem komunikačních kanálů pro úspěšnou komunikaci na veletrzích a srovnává vybrané veletrhy z českého a bavorského prostředí. V první části práce se autorka zabývá podstatou veletrhů, jejich členěním a veletržními subjekty. Následně jsou představeny rozdíly online a offline komunikace, kulturní rozdíly během německo-české komunikace a také stále rozšířenější virtuální veletrhy a jejich platformy. Nedílnou součástí je detailní popis vhodného provedení rozhovoru ze strany prodejce během veletrhu. Práce také předává praktické zkušenosti oslovených vystavovatelů a v samotném závěru srovnává vybrané české a bavorské veletrhy z různých hledisek.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the phenomenon of communication methods for successful trade fair communication and compares selected trade fairs from the Czech and Bavarian environment. The author concerns with the essence of trade fairs, their classification and with trade fair subjects. Subsequently are presented the differences between online and offline communication, cultural differences during German-Czech communication as well as the increasingly widespread virtual trade fairs and their platforms. An integral part of the thesis is a very detailed description of appropriate execution of the interview by a salesperson during the trade fair. The thesis also conveys practical experiences of interviewed exhibitors and in conclusion compares Czech and Bavarian trade fairs from different perspectives.en
