dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřená na podnikové vzdělávání ve firmě Mlékárna Klatovy, a. s. Cílem práce je zpracování teoretické části zaměřené na vzdělávání zaměstnanců, poté popsat a analyzovat současný stav v Mlékárně Klatovy, a. s. pomocí dotazníkového šetření, zhodnotit výsledky provedené analýzy a dále navrhnout opatření ke zvýšení efektivity vzdělávání pracovníků v podniku. Nejprve je v práci vysvětlený pojem vzdělávání zaměstnanců, poté je popsána charakteristika podnikového vzdělávání, včetně jednotlivých fází tohoto procesu. Dále je vysvětlen pojem e-learning, včetně výhod a nevýhod e-learningového vzdělávání. Následuje stručné představení Mlékárny Klatovy, a. s. a popis interního vzdělávacího procesu. Pomocí dotazníků byla provedena analýza a zhodnocení současného stavu v podniku. V práci je navrhnuta implementace e-learningového vzdělávání do firmy ke zvýšení efektivity vzdělávání pracovníků.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work is focused on a business education in Mlékárna Klatovy company. The aim of thesis is to elaborate a theoretical part which is focused on education of employees. Afterwards, describe and analyze the current situation in Mlékárna Klatovy Co. using a questionnaire, evaluate the result of the analysis and then suggest measures to increase education efficiency of employees in the company. At first, in the work, there is explained a term education of employees, then there is described a characteristic of the business education, including the stages of this process. Moreover, there is explained a term e-learning, including advatages and disadvantages of e-learning education. Finally, there is a brief introduction of Mlékárna Klatovy Co. and describtion of internal educational process. Using questionnaires it was made the analysis and the evaluation of the current situation in the company. In this work, there is suggested an implementation of the e-learning education to increase the education effectiveness of employees.en
