| dc.description.abstract | Práce s názvem "Cesty k prosperitě firmy" je zaměřena na firmu "Miloslav Bartkowiak" která se zabývá nákladní dopravou a z menší části prodejem dřevěných výrobků. Hlavním cílem práce bylo teoretické popsání PEST analýzy, SWOT analýzy a finanční analýzy a jejich aplikace na zvolené firmě. Z finanční analýzy bylo cílem poznat, v jaké ekonomické situaci se firma nachází a pomocí PEST a SWOT analýzy zjistit hlavní faktory které na firmu působí v pozitivním i negativním směru. Prostřednictvím jejich výsledků a pomocí marketingového mixu byla navržena strategie vývoje a prosperity firmy. | cs |
