| dc.description.abstract | Předkládaná bakalářská práce se z teoretického hlediska věnuje pojmům levice a pravice, jež se užívají v politice pro popis a hodnocení politických stran, stranického systému a politických stanovisek. Práce chce vymezit obsahový význam pojmů a obhájit jejich místo v současné politice. Nejprve je věnován prostor vzniku politických stran a zejména jejich typologii. Následně se práce zabývá historickým kontextem, respektive počátkem Velké francouzské revoluce, kdy pojmy vstoupily do politiky a jejich tehdejšímu chápání. Dále jsou stručně popsány hlavní ideologie 19. století - konzervatismus, liberalismus a socialismus, které se staly základem pro vznik tehdejších politických stran. Práce dále pojednává o nedemokratických ideologiích v kontextu zobrazení na pravo-levé konfliktní linii, o tzv. nových ideologiích (nová pravice, nová levice a tzv. třetí cesta) a o postmaterialistických hodnotách. Práce vymezuje rozlišovací kritéria pojmů levice a pravice a jejich obsahový význam. Prostor je věnován současným českým odborným názorům na pojmy levice a pravice. Závěr práce pak shrnuje poznatky jednotlivých kapitol a snaží se obhájit význam pojmů v současné politice. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The primary aim of this thesis is the theoretical description of the terms left-wing and right-wing used in politics for description and evaluation of political parties, party system and political opinions. The thesis aims to clearly define the meaning of these terms and to vindicate their position in contemporary politics. Firstly, the thesis takes heed of the origin of political parties and their typology dealing with the historic context such as the French Revolution, when the terms were formed in politics and the comprehension then. Further, the guiding ideologies of the 19th century are briefly described (conservatism, liberalism and socialism) that formed the political parties. The next part of the thesis describes the undemocratic ideologies depicted on the right-left cleavage, the so-called new ideologies (new right-wing, the New Left and Third Way) and the post-materialist values. The following part of the thesis attemps to define the distinguish criterions of the terms left-wing and right-wing with their meaning. The attention has been drawn to the current opinions of Czech experts on left-wing and right-wing. The final part of the thesis summarizes all pieces of information of each chapter and endeavours to defend the meaning of the terms in contemporary politics. | en |
