dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci daňových a účetních specifik vyplývajících ze zaměření činnosti zvoleného ekonomického subjektu - společnosti s ručením omezeným. Práce se ve své teoretické části zabývá stěžejními oblastmi, jako je podnikání, účetnictví a daňová problematika. V rámci jednotlivých kapitol je uvedena jejich regulace v České republice. Mimoto se autorka věnuje tématu malých a středních podniků a charakteristice zaměření zvolené společnosti - zednictví. V praktické části práce následuje představení vybraného podniku a navazující analýzy zpracování účetnictví a daní, na jejichž základě jsou účetní jednotce stanovena doporučení. Z šetření vyplývají návrhy na zlepšení stávajících účetních postupů a způsobu zpracování daní za účelem zvýšení likvidity podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented bachelor thesis focuses on the identification of tax and accounting specifics resulting from the focus of the activity of selected economic entity - a private limited company. In its theoretical part, the thesis deals with key areas such as business, accounting and tax issues. Within the individual chapters, their regulation in the Czech Republic is presented. In addition, the author deals with the topic of small and medium-sized enterprises and the characteristics of the business activity of the chosen company - masonry. The practical part of the thesis contains the introduction of the selected company and the follow-up analysis of accounting and tax processing, on the basis of which recommendations are made to the accounting unit. Study shows suggestions for increasing the liquidity of the enterprise by optimizing the existing accounting procedures and tax processing.en
