| dc.description.abstract | Background Porucha autistického spektra (PAS) je porucha dosud neznámé etiologie. Současná metodická opatření pro výuku dětí s PAS uvádějí, že sportovní hry nejsou pro děti s PAS vhodné. Cílem této studie bylo na základě reálných kasuistik ověřit publikovaná data o zařazování kolektivních a sportovních her pro děti s PAS. Metody Strategie výzkumu: Kasuistická. Výzkumný soubor: záměrný výběr 8 participantů, účastníků volnočasového pohybového kroužku pro děti s PAS a inkluzivního sportovního kroužku., 7 chlapců, 1 dívka, průměrný věk 10,2 roků. Diagnózy: Aspergerův syndrom - 4 participanti, Dětský autismus – 3, Atypický autismus – 1. Metoda sběru dat: Pozorování konkrétních projevů chování se zápisem po každé jednotce. 1. Zapojení probandů do kolektivních her 2. Interakce s ostatními dětmi. 3. Projevy radosti ze hry a reakce na neúspěch. 4. Pochopení pravidel a smyslu hry. 5. Možnosti realizace herní aktivity či stanovení modifikací. Proces programu: Celkem 10 kalendářních měsíců 1 x týdně po 60 minutách, průměrně 35 jednotek. Obsahem byla cvičení pro rozvoj schopností a herních dovedností v kooperaci s ostatními. Výsledky Zaznamenány signifikantní rozdíly mezi probandy s diagnózou Aspergerův syndrom a Autismus (Dětský autismus, Atypický autismus) v chápání a zapojování do týmových her. Závěry Na základě kasuistik probandů nelze činit obecná doporučení pro pohybové aktivity dětí s PAS kvůli velké individuální variabilitě. U dětí s diagnózou Aspergerův syndrom se nepotvrdila obecně přijímaná tvrzení o nevhodnosti týmových sportů a her. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Background Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) refers to a disorder of unknown etiology. Current methodological guidelines for teaching children with ASD state that sports games are not suitable for children with ASD. The aim of this study was to verify the published data on the inclusion of group and sports games for children with ASD on the basis of case studies. Methods Research strategy: A case study. Research sample: Intentional selection of 8 participants, participants in a leisure movement group for children with ASD and an inclusive sports group; 7 boys, 1 girl, the average age of 10.2 years. Diagnoses: Asperger's syndrome - 4 participants, childhood autism - 3, atypical autism - 1. Data collection method: Observation of specific manifestations of behaviour noted down after each unit. 1. Involvement of probands in group games 2. Interaction with other children 3. Manifestations of enjoyment of the game and reactions to failure. 4. Understanding the rules and sense of the game. 5. Possibilities of realization of the game activity and determining modifications. Program process: A total of 10 calendar months once a week for 60 minutes, an average of 35 units. The content consisted of exercises for the development of abilities and game skills in cooperation with others. Results Significant differences were observed between probands diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome and autism (childhood autism, atypical autism) in understanding and engaging in team games. Symptomatological characteristics of autism spectrum disorder cause significant interference in physical activity. Conclusions Based on the case studies of the participants, it is not possible to make general recommendations for the physical activities of children with ASD due to the large individual variability. The generally accepted claims about the unsuitability of team sports and games have not been confirmed in children diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome. | en |
