dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na územně samosprávné celky, kterými jsou například obce. První část se zabývá teoretickými východisky a seznamuje čtenáře s pojmy, jako je rozpočet a rozpočtový proces, zastupitelstvo obce, příjmy a výdaje obce. Dále hodnotí hospodaření obcí, jejich nakládání s finančními prostředky a možnostmi reinvestování majetku. Seznamuje s nejrůznějšími ukazateli, které pomáhají vyhodnotit, jak obec nakládá se svými prostředky. Praktická část je věnována konkrétní obci, kterou je město Zdice. První kapitola této části se věnuje historii města a dále je pozornost soustředěna na obecní zastupitelstvo a jeho odbory, příspěvkové organizace města a dotace na zhodnocení budov a dalších objektů. Dále vyhodnocuje loňské volby, hospodaření města v uplynulých deseti letech a plnění strategického plánu, ze kterého dále vyplívá SWOT analýza.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on territorial self-governing units, which are for example municipalities. The first part of this work deals with theoretical starting points. This thesis introduces a reader with the concepts like budget and budget process, council of the municipality, income and spending of a municipality. The next part is devoted to the evaluation of the management of municipalities, their management of financial resources and the possibilities of a property reinvestment. It introduces various of indicators that help with evaluating how municipality manages with its resources. The practical part of this thesis is dedicated to the concrete municipality, which is the town of Zdice. The first chapter of this part is devoted to the history of the town, and focus on the municipal council and its unions, the town´s contribution organizations and subsidies for the evaluation of buildings and the other objects. It also evaluates last year's elections, the management of the town in the past ten years and the implementation of the strategic plan, which also results in a SWOT analysis.en
