dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je vypracována na téma "Řízení zakázek ve vybraném podniku". Cílem této práce je na základě analýzy současného systému řízení zakázek ve vybraném podniku, navrhnout zlepšení pro efektivnější a úspěšné plánování, organizaci a realizaci zakázek. Pro předmět této práce je vybrán malý stavební podnik specializovaný na realizaci střech. Teoretická část práce obsahuje definice základních pojmů týkající se problematiky řízení projektů, řízení rizik, strategické analýzy a strategického plánování. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu prostředí zvoleného podniku, popis systému řízení zakázek a rizik v podniku, a popis vybrané zakázky. Na závěr práce jsou popsány navrhovaná opatření pro efektivnější řízení zakázek v podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe master's thesis is elaborated on the topic "Order management in a selected company". The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current system of order management in the selected company and to propose improvements for more efficient and successful planning, organization and execution of orders. For the subject of this thesis, a small construction company specializing in the roofs construction is selected. The theoretical part of the thesis contains definitions of basic concepts related to project management, risk management, strategic analysis and strategic planning. The practical part includes an analysis of the environment of the selected company, a description of the company's order and risk management system, and a description of the selected contract. Finally, the proposed measures for more effective order management in the company are described.en
