dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá fundraisingem neziskové organizace Techmania Science Center, o. p. s. Práce začíná teoretickým úvodem do problematiky neziskových organizací a pojmu fundraising, následující části práce jsou věnovány situaci vybraného science centra a případovým studiím organizací podobného typu. Pro zhodnocení současného stavu instituce je vyhotovena analýza vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, která je podkladem pro zpracování SWOT analýzy, kde jsou zachyceny silné a slabé stránky organizace, její příležitosti a hrozby. Na základě výše zmíněných analýz a případových studií práce předkládá možné návrhy a doporučení k fundraisingovému plánování této instituce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis studies a problem of fundraising of non-profit organization Techmania Science Center, o. p. s. Thesis begins with theoretical introduction into the issue of non-profit organizations and the concept of fundraising. The following chapters study the situation of selected science center and case studies of organization of similar type. Analysis of external and internal environment and the SWOT analysis are made for the evaluation of current state of this institution. SWOT analysis reflects the strength and weaknesses of the organization, its opportunities and threats. Based on these analysis and case studies the diploma thesis presents possible proposals and recommendations for fundraising planning of this organization.en
