dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá právy pacienta a jejich ochranou. Jsou zde vymezena konkrétní práva pacienta především dle zákona o zdravotních službách a občanského zákoníku. Autor práce se zaměřuje především na svobodný a informovaný souhlas pacienta, dříve vyslovené přání, zdravotnickou dokumentaci či negativní reverz. Dále se autor práce zaměřuje na zásady medicínského práva a postup lékaře lege artis a non lege artis. Dalším, čím se autor práce zabývá je pojem veřejného zdraví a jeho aktuální aplikace na současnou epidemiologickou situaci COVID-19. Nakonec se autor práce zaměřuje na ochranu práv pacienta a dále na právní odpovědnost v souvislosti s poskytováním zdravotní péče.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis analyses and defines the specific rights of patients and their protection according to the Act on Health Services and the Civil Code. The author focuses on the free, prior and informed consent, previously expressed wish, medical documentation and the discharge against medical advice. Furthermore, the author focuses on the principles of medical law as well as medical methods according to the lege artis and non-lege artis. Another topic the author deals with is the concept of public health and its application according to the current epidemiological situation of COVID-19. Finally, the author describes the protection of patients' rights and legal liability in connection with the provision of health care.en
