| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zanalyzovat využívání relaxačních technik v mateřských školách. Výzkum se skládal z šetření, které bylo určeno pro učitelky v mateřských školách. Ty byly osloveny, aby uvedly techniky, které v mateřské škole používají. Z průzkumu vyšlo najevo, že všechny oslovené paní učitelky provádějí s dětmi nějakou formu relaxace. Dalším bodem výzkumu bylo pozorování, které bylo zaměřeno celkově na děti při jednotlivých relaxačních technikách. V první části jsou shrnuty fyziologické projevy psychického zatížení organismu a také ontogeneze předškolního dítěte. Druhá část práce se věnuje analýze sesbíraných relaxačních technik z hlediska obsahu. Na základě analýzy byla provedena praktická zkouška nejčastěji uvedených technik. Výzkum dále probíhal aplikací relaxačních technik na děti v mateřské škole. Bylo zjištěno, že relaxace jsou pro děti zábavné, reagují na ně zklidněním a také ve většině případů vyžadují jejich opakování. | dc.description.abstract-translated | The main objective of this bachelor's thesis was to analyze the use of relaxation techniques in kindergartens. The research consisted of the investigation, which was intended for teachers in kindergartens. They were contacted in order to bring the techniques that are used in the kindergarten. It became clear from the survey that all of the contacted teachers are implementing some form of relaxation with children. The next point of research was observation, which was focused generally on children in each of the different relaxation techniques. The physiological manifestations of psychological body stress are summarized in the first part. There is also mentioned the ontogeny of the preschool child. The second part of this thesis is devoted to the content analysis of the collected relaxation techniques. A practical test of the most commonly mentioned techniques was carried out on the basis of this analysis. There was applied a further research of relaxation techniques to the children in the kindergarten. The relaxation was found entertaining by children, they respond by calming down and they also require their repetition in most cases. | en |
