| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce analyzuje využití outsourcingu ve zpracovatelském průmyslu. Cílem práce je na základě teoretických poznatků zhodnotit využití trendů v outsourcingu v podnicích zpracovatelského průmyslu České republiky a navrhnout doporučení pro budoucí rozvoj těchto trendů. Pro realizaci byla využita odborná literatura, hlavně odborné články. Na začátku práce jsou vymezeny hlavní teoretické pojmy úzce související s tímto tématem, je zde probrána historie outsourcingu, jeho klady a zápory a kritéria volby správného dodavatele. Dále je část zaměřená přímo na nové trendy v outsourcingu, které jsou následně potřebné pro praktickou část. Třetí část vymezuje zpracovatelský průmysl, jsou zde zahrnuta data zaměřena na průmyslovou produkci nebo celkový podíl na tržbách národního hospodářství. V praktické části je pak detailně popsána metoda rozhovoru a probrána realizace rozhovoru, která napomáhá realizaci cíle práce. Nakonec jsou zde zahrnuty návrhy na budoucí zlepšení outsourcingu ve zpracovatelském průmyslu, jak ze strany dodavatele, tak ze strany odběratele. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This paper analyses the use of outsourcing in the manufacturing industry. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the use of trends in outsourcing in the Czech manufacturing industry and to suggest recommendations for the future development of these trends. For the realization of the project, the literature was used, mainly professional articles. At the beginning of the thesis the main theoretical concepts closely related to this topic are defined, the history of outsourcing, its pros and cons and the criteria for choosing the right supplier are discussed. Next, the section focuses directly on new trends in outsourcing, which are then needed for the practical part. The third part defines the manufacturing industry, includes data focused on industrial production or the total share of sales in the national economy. The practical part then describes the interview method in detail and discusses the implementation of the interview to help realize the aim of the thesis. Finally, suggestions for future improvement of outsourcing in the manufacturing industry are included, both from the supplier and the customer side. | en |
