| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu faktorů úspěšnosti vybraného podniku. Pro analýzu byla zvolena společnost BAIL+Q s.r.o. Cílem práce je analýza vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí firmy, zhodnocení úspěšnosti vybrané firmy a navržení doporučení pro firmu. Práce je rozdělena do pěti hlavních kapitol - charakteristika společnosti, mikroprostředí, makroprostředí, SWOT analýza a zhodnocení úspěšnosti společnosti. Výstupem práce je analýza konkurence z hlediska cen, otevírací doby a druhů poskytovaných služeb, finanční analýza, SWOT analýza a zhodnocení úspěšnosti firmy. | cs |
