dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce na téma ? Financování Základní a mateřské školy Abertamy? je analýza nástrojů financování a hospodaření předmětné základní školy za dvě kalendářní období. V obdobích byla analyzována příjmová a výdajová stránka základní školy a byla doporučena vhodná opatření v oblasti financování a hospodaření základní školy. Práce se skládá ze čtyř částí. První část práce obsahuje definice a právní úpravu příspěvkových organizací, postavení zřizovatele a právní úpravu financování školství. V druhé části je provedena konkrétní analýza příjmové a výdajové stránky příspěvkové organizace v letech 2010 - 2011. Ve třetí části práce jsou zhodnoceny poznatky analýzy a ve čtvrté části doporučena vhodná opatření k danému financování a hospodaření předmětné příspěvkové organizace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the bachelor thesis ?Financing primary school and Nursery School Abertamy? is analysis instruments of financing and management of the primary school for the calendar period of last two years. The revenue and expenditure side of budget of the primary school was analyzed for the period and it was recommended appropriate measures in the field financing and management of the primary school. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part of thesis includes definitions and legislation of contributory organizations, founder status and legislation of financing education. In the second part it is performed the particular analysis of the revenue and expenditure side of budget of the contributory organization during years 2010 - 2011. In the third part there is evaluated knowledge of analysis and the fourth part contains the recommendation of appropriate measures to financing and management of the contributory organization.en
