dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na detailní charakteristiku a analýzu rychle rostoucích firem na území České republiky. Celá práce je rozčleněna do dvou částí: teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část pojednává obecně o pojmu rychle rostoucí firma a o přínosech takových firem pro národní hospodářství. Dále nabízí přehled hlavních driverů a překážek rychlého růstu podniků. Teoretická část je uzavřena několika hlavními teoriemi růstu firem a přehledem faktů o rychle rostoucích podnicích. Empirická část vychází z dat získaných prostřednictvím databáze Albertina. S využitím daných dat jsou charakterizovány rychle rostoucí podniky v ČR po stránce finanční i nefinanční. Na tuto část výzkumu je navázáno analýzou finančních ukazatelů rychle rostoucích firem, hodnoty těchto ukazatelů jsou následně komparovány s průměrnými hodnotami v ČR, díky čemuž je naplněn hlavní cíl této diplomové práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe submitted master´s thesis is focused on detailed characteristics and analysis of high-growth firms in the Czech Republic. The whole work is divided into two parts: theoretical one and empirical one. The theoretical part deals in general with the concept of a high-growth firm and the benefits of such companies for the national economy. It also offers an overview of main drivers and obstacles to the rapid growth of companies. The theoretical part is concluded with several main theories of company growth and with an overview of facts regarding high-growth firms as well. The empirical part is based on data gained by the Albertina database. By using these data high-growth firms in the CR are described in terms of financial and non-financial characteristics. This part of the research is followed by the analysis of financial indicators of companies, the obtained values of these indicators are then compared with the average values in the CR, thanks to which the main objective of this master´s thesis is fulfilled.en
