dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářská práce je analýza stávající logistiky společnosti VALUE 4industry, tj. tok materiálů a výrobků od dodavatelů přes skladování, výrobu až přepravu k zákazníkům. Jako podklad pro zpracování této práce posloužily konzultace s jednotlivými zaměstnanci a odborná literatura. První část práce se věnuje teoretickému úvodu do oblasti logistiky a dalších logistických činností. Druhá část práce popisuje základní údaje a historii podniku, nákupní proces včetně dodavatelů, skladování, výrobu, přepravu a odběratele. Veškerá stěžejní témata praktické části jsou znázorněna pomocí schémat, která slouží k lepší orientaci ve složitých podnikových procesech. Jedna z posledních kapitol se věnuje doporučením, která se týkají aktuálního stavu společnosti a mohla by přimět podnik se nad těmito problémy zamyslet. Celá bakalářská práce je zakončena závěrem.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main goal of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of the current logistics of the company VALUE 4industry, i.e. the flow of materials and products from suppliers through storage, production to transportation, and customers. Consultations with employees and professional literature served as a basis for the elaboration of this work. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical introduction to logistics and other logistics activities. The second part contains basic data and history of the company, purchasing process including suppliers, warehousing, production, transport, and customers. All the core topics of the practical part are illustrated by means of diagrams, which serve to better orientation in complex processes of the company. One of the last chapters is devoted to recommendations concerning the current state of the company and could cause the company to focus on these problems. The whole bachelor thesis is completed with a conclusion.en
