dc.description.abstractPráce je cílena do české konzultační IT společnosti Marbes Consulting s.r.o. V úvodu je vysvětlen pojem e-learning, je srovnán s klasickým vzděláváním a jsou diskutovány jeho výhody a nevýhody. Následně je vybrán vhodný e-learningový nástroj, ve kterém má společnost v úmyslu vytvářet vlastní e-learningové kurzy. Další část práce se zabývá interním auditem způsobu tvorby uživatelských dokumentací ve společnosti a jsou nastíněny možnosti e-learningových prvků v dokumentacích. V závislosti na výsledcích auditu jsou navrženy změny ve způsobech tvorby dokumentací s ohledem na zvýšení efektivnosti přenosu znalostí o produktech směrem k zákazníkům. Závěrečná část práce se poté věnuje samotnému vytvoření ukázkového e-learningového kurzu ve vybraném nástroji.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work is targeted to the IT consulting company Marbes Conculting s.r.o. E-learning concept is introduced and described in the beggining of this thesis. There is a discussion of main advantages and disadvantages of the e-learning concept and comparison with ordinary approach to education. Appropriate e-learning tool designed for developing e-learning courses within the Marbes Consulting s.r.o. is selected then. The next part of this thesis concerns internal audit of user?s documentaions creating process with emphasis on a possibility of e-learning elements integration into this process. Depending on the audit results feasible changes are suggested. The main aim of these changes is increasing efficiency of product knowledge transfer from the company to a costumer. Exemplary e-learning course is created in selected tool in the final part of this work.en
