dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce pojednává o celoživotním vzdělávání dospělých a seniorů v současnosti. Na vývoji moderní, informační společnosti ukazuje vzdělání a seberealizaci jako klíčovou podmínku existence. Nahlíží na aktuální postavení člověka, jako uživatele informací, v době informační exploze. Hlavním tématem práce je rozvoj, podpora, možnosti a příklady vzdělávání uživatelů v prostředí knihoven. Krátce se zabývá i vlastnostmi a soustavným vzděláváním knihovníků, které je pro poskytnutí odpovídajících služeb prioritou. Závěrem práce nastiňuje představu knihoven jako center vzděláváni do budoucna.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis investigates the life-long learning of adults and retired at present day. The work shows education and self-realization as the key condition for existence in modern/information society, as well as it looks at current role of a human being as the user of information in the age of information explosion. The main topic of the thesis is the development, support, opportunities, and examples of education of users in environment of libraries The thesis also shortly deals with skills and continuous education of librarians, which are crucial in order to provide the appropriate service. Lastly, this work drafts the concept of libraries as the centres of education in the future.en
