dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční hospodaření města Kdyně v letech 2010 - 2014. V první, teoretické části je charakterizován územně samosprávný celek, dále je zde popsáno financování obcí, rozpočet a struktura příjmů a výdajů. Druhá, praktická část obsahuje analýzu finančního hospodaření města Kdyně v letech 2010 - 2014. Na úvod této části je stručně představeno město Kdyně, po kterém následuje analýza příjmů a výdajů města v jednotlivých letech. Analýza je provedena na základě výkazů pro hodnocení plnění rozpočtu. Po analýze příjmů a výdajů města je zhodnocení finančního hospodaření města. Hospodaření města je hodnoceno pomocí salda rozpočtu, zadluženosti města a likvidity a to proto, že mají nejlepší vypovídací schopnost právě k hodnocenému subjektu. Na závěr jsou uvedeny návrhy, které by mohly zlepšit současný ekonomický stav města Kdyně.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Bachelor's thesis is focused on the financial management of the town Kdyně in the years 2010 - 2014. In the first theoretical part there is characterized local authority, there is also describe municipal financing, budget and revenue and expenditure structure. The second practical part contains an analysis of the financial management of the town Kdyně in years 2010 - 2014. At the beginning of this section there is briefly introduced town Kdyně, followed by an analysis of the town revenues and expenditures in each year. The analysis is performed on the basis of statements to assess the performance of the budget. After revenues and expenditure analysis, there is evaluate the financial management of the town. Financial management is evaluated by using the budget balance, town debt and liquidity, because they have the best explanatory power of the evaluated entity. At the end there are proposals that could improve the current economic situation of the town Kdyně.en
