| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce ?Analýza možností pořízení bytu? se zabývá možnostmi financování vlastního bydlení. Popisuje výhody a nevýhody nájemního bydlení a koupě vlastního bytu. Na základě pojmů finanční matematiky posoudí, která možnost je pro investora výhodnější. V další části práce zhodnotí nabídky bankovních institucí pro získání hypotečního úvěru. Také se zmíní o možnosti úvěru ze stavebního spoření. Součástí bakalářské práce jsou jednoduché výpočty provedené v programu MS Excel 2010. | cs |

It describes the advantages and disadvantages of rental housing and purchasing your own flat. Based on the terms of financial mathematics it will assess, which option is preferable for the investor. In the next part it evaluates offers of banking institutions to get a mortgage loan. There will be also a mention about the possibility of building saving loans.
