dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou života klientů ve vybrané sociálně terapeutické dílně, se zaměřením na domény sociálního začlenění, emocionální pohody a osobního rozvoje dle konceptu Schalocka a Verduga. Cílem práce je porozumět prostředí dílny v kontextu vybraných domén a zjistit, jak klienti vnímají kvalitu svého života, a to nejen z jejich vlastní perspektivy, ale i z pohledu zaměstnanců dílny. Data byla získána prostřednictvím tří ohniskových skupin - dvou s klienty a jedné se zaměstnanci. Práce přispívá k lepšímu pochopení role sociálně terapeutických dílen při podpoře kvality života jejich klientů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the quality of life of clients in a selected social therapeutic workshop, with an emphasis on the domains of social inclusion, emotional well-being, and personal development, based on the concept of Schalock and Verdugo. The aim of the thesis is to understand the workshop environment in the context of these selected domains and to explore how clients perceive their quality of life, not only from their own perspective but also from the perspective of workshop staff. The data were collected through three focus groups - two with clients and one with staff. This thesis contributes to a better understanding of the role of social therapeutic workshops in supporting the quality of life of their clients.en
