dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční hospodaření města Stod. Jejím cílem je analýza a zhodnocení finanční a ekonomické situace města a navrhnutí možných opatření k jejímu zlepšení. V teoretické části je definováno postavení obcí v soustavě územní samosprávy a jejich funkce. Dále jsou charakterizovány nejvýznamnější příjmy a výdaje, které hrají hlavní roli v rozpočtech obcí. V praktické části je provedena analýza finančního hospodaření města Stod, ke které autorka využila závěrečné účty a interní dokumenty města za vybrané roky. Jsou zmíněny nejvýznamnější determinanty, které hospodaření ovlivňují, a pozornost je věnována také zadluženosti města. Následně je uvedeno porovnání zjištěných výsledků s výsledky ratingu, vypracovaného od ratingové agentury.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on the financial management of the town Stod. The main goal is to analyse and evaluate the financial and economic situation of the town and propose the possible measures to its improving. In the theoretical part there is defined a position of the municipalities in a system of local government and its functions. Further, there are characterized the most important revenues and expenses which play the main role in municipality´s budgets. In the practical part there is made the analysis of financial management of the town Stod, in which author used final accounts and internal documents of the town for chosen years. There are mentioned the most important determinants which influence financial management and it is paid attention to the indebtedness as well. Subsequently the comparison between results founded by author and results in rating which was done by rating agency is made.en
