dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na kreativní účetnictví, které je v reálném světě používanou praktikou ke zkreslování ukazatelů hospodaření podniku. Tato práce vymezuje podmínky české účetní legislativy, definuje počin kreativní účetnictví a poukazuje na jeho spojení s účetní etikou. Zároveň popisuje českou účetní legislativu ve vztahu k možným postihům kreativního účetnictví. V praktické části se práce soustředí na některé používané praktiky kreativního účetnictví a vymezuje motivy pro jejich použití. Dále zpracovává případovou studii rezerv známé poštovní společnosti a prověřuje v nich užívání kreativního účetnictví. V poslední kapitole pak shrnuje účetní kauzy ze světové i domácí scény a pokouší se poukázat na dopady neuvážených kroků managementu daných společností.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on creative accounting, which is a real world practice used to misrepresent the financial indexes of a company. It tries to specify the conditions of the Czech accounting legislation, defines the act of creative accounting and points out it's connection with accounting ethics. It also describes the relation of Czech accounting legislation and the sanctions of creative accounting. In the practical part this thesis focuses on some of the practices used in creative accounting and defines motives for their use. Then it elaborates a case study of reserves made by a well known post company and searches for the use of creative accounting. In the last chapter it summarises accounting frauds from the world-wide and domestic scene and tries to point out the impact of the ill-considered steps of the management of given companies.en
