dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou významu lezení ve vývoji dítěte do jed- noho roku z pohledu ergoterapeuta. Teoretická část představuje souhrn psychomotorického vývoje do 12. měsíce s důrazem na fázi lezení u dětí s centrální koordinační poruchou. Dále jsou popsány vývojové odchylky a jejich dopad na psychomotorický vývoj. Praktická část výzkumu se opírá o analýzu zdravotnické dokumentace dětí s centrální koordinační poru- chou a o dotazníkové šetření, jehož respondenti jsou rodiče těchto zkoumaných dětí. Vý- zkum se zabýval možnými nejčastějšími motorickými problémy, které má dítě ve 3 měsících s dopadem na přeskočení fáze. Dále pak společné konstantní odchylky u sledovaných dětí, které nelezly, anebo začaly lézt pozdě a zároveň bylo v rámci práce porovnáno objektivní hodnocení terapeuta se subjektivním hodnocením rodiče ohledně vnímání psychomotoric- kého vývoje dítěte.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of the importance of crawling in the deve- lopment of a child by the age of one year from the perspective of an occupational therapist. The theoretical part presents a summary of psychomotor development up to the 12th month of age with an emphasis on the climbing phase of children with central coordination disorder. Developmental deviations and their impact on psychomotor development are also described. The practical part of the research is based on the analysis of the medical documentation of children with central coordination disorder and on a questionnaire survey, the respondents of which are the parents of the examined children. The research was about the possible most common motor problems that a child has at 3 months of age with an impact on skipping a phase. Furthermore, common constant deviations are observed within children who did not climb or started climbing late and at the same time the therapist's objective assessment was compared with the parent's subjective assessment regarding the perception of the child's psy- chomotor development.en
