Smyslem této práce je především historický vývoj těchto institutů, jejich vymezení v předpisech platných na našem území a jejich současná úprava. Cílem je tedy rozbor těchto dvou institutů, jejich vzájemné porovnání a také porovnání starších právních úprav s aktuální právní úpravou. | cs |
