dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou projektu zavedení mýtného a vyhodnocení jeho dopadu. Práce začíná definicí společností, která by daný projekt tvořila a následně prosazovala a realizovala. V dalších částech se práce zabývá rozborem jednotlivých prvků, které je třeba zohlednit při tvorbě projektu. Jako první bylo definováno pojmosloví používané v práci a oblasti zavedení mýtného, tak aby mohli být předloženy k vyjádření respondentům dotazníkového šetření. Dotazníkové šetření sloužilo jako podklad pro zpracování rozpočtu projektu. Byly definovány základní aspekty projektu jako cíl, trojimperativ a logický rámec. Stěžejní částí práce byla definice zainteresovaných stran a možnosti jejich komunikace. Na závěr byl vytvořen návrh postupu implementace projektu zavedení mýtného ve městě Plzeň s ohledem na zainteresované strany.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the creation of the project of implementation of the toll and the evaluation of its impact. Work starts by defining companies, which participated in the project, and subsequently promoted and implemented it. Other parts of the thesis deals with the analysis of individual elements that should be considered when creating the project. The terminology used in the work area and the introduction of implementation of the toll was first defined, so that they could be presented to the respondents of the survey for reply. The questionnaire survey served as a basis for preparing the project budget. Basic aspects of the project have been defined as the goal, tripleconstraint and logical framework. The main part of the thesis was the definition of stakeholders and their communications options. At the conclusion of the product design process was the implementation of the project of setting toll in Pilsen with respect to the stakeholders.en
