dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na specifickou formu podnikání zvanou franchising. V průběhu práce se v jednotlivých kapitolách prolínají části teoretické a části praktické. V praktických částech se autor snaží o objasnění problematiky, která byla definována v částech teoretických. Teoretické části se týkají definice franchisingu, historie franchisingu, základních pojmů spojených s franchisingem a stávající situace v České republice. V praktické části je popsán franchisingový systém UGO juice bar a poměrně velká část je věnována franchisingové smlouvě. Součástí praktické části je i případová studie týkající se založení nové pobočky společnosti spojená s výpočtem doby návratnosti prvotní investice. Na závěr jsou uvedena rizika aktuálně ohrožující společnost včetně návrhů opatření, která by měla předcházet vzniku těchto rizik.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on a specific form of business called franchising. In this thesis, in each chapter there are some theoretical parts and some practical ones. In practical parts the author attempts to clarify problems which were defined in theoretical parts. Theoretical parts involve the definition of franchising, history of franchising, basic terms concerning franchising and the current situation in the Czech Republic. The practical part describes the franchise system of UGO juice bar and a big part of it is dedicated to the franchise agreement. The practical part also involves the case study concerning the establishment of a new branch of the company associated with the calculation of the time of return on prime investment. In conclusion there are risks which endanger the company, including suggestions which should prevent the development of these risks in the future.en
