dc.description.abstractPráce je zaměřena na výzkum patogenních a komenzálních bakterií člověka z kosterních hrobů na historických pohřebištích z období novověku ze dvou lokalit v České republice. Z provedeného screeningu bakterií byl vytvořen přehled patogenních a komenzálních bakterií lidského mikrobiomu a patogenních bakterií živočichů. Bylo zjištěno, že některé bakterie lidského mikrobiomu mohou být detekovány i po více jak 400 letech, což je významné hlavně u půdních vzorků z břišní dutiny, kde nebyly bakterie chráněny před vlivem okolního prostředí. Dále bylo zjištěno že orální mikroflóra minulých populací se významně nelišila od té současné. Vznikla tak unikátní databáze patogenních a komenzálních bakterií historického pohřebiště ze střední Evropy, která může být využita pro další výzkum.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe work is focused on the research of human pathogenic and commensal bacteria from skeletal graves in historical burial sites from the modern period from two locations in the Czech Republic. An overview of pathogenic and commensal bacteria of the human microbiome and pathogenic bacteria of animals was created from the screening of bacteria. It was found that some bacteria of the human microbiome can be detected even after more than 400 years, which is significant mainly in soil samples from the abdominal cavity, where the bacteria were not protected from the influence of the surrounding environment. Furthermore, it was found that the oral microflora of past populations did not differ significantly from the current one. A unique database of pathogenic and commensal bacteria of a historical burial ground from Central Europe was thus created, which can be used for further research.en
