dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je přeložit vybrané právnické texty z oblasti trestního práva. Práce je rozdělěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Praktická část se zabývá definicí překladu, historií překladu, překladatelským procesem, lexikální ekvivalencí a dává čtenáři přehled o použití překladatelských metod, typů a technik, také poskytuje informaci o právnickém stylu. Praktická část se skládá z překladu anglického a českého textu. Každý text je doprovázen vlastní analýzou a společným glosářem.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the bachelor thesis is to translate selected legal texts from the field of criminal law. The work is devided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with definition of translation, history of translation, translation process, lexical equivalence and gives the reader an overview of the application of the translation methods, types and techniques, also provides information about legal style. The practical part consists of the translation of English and Czech texts. Each text is supported by its own analysis and one glossary.en
