dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá veřejným užíváním lesů a legislativnímu zakotvení ve veřejném právu v České republice. Zároveň tato práce má za cíl analyzovat aktuální právní stav a zhodnotit jeho nedostatky a možnosti zlepšení úpravy jednotlivých institutů, včetně rozhodovací praxe správních úřadů a vybrané judikatury soudů. Část práce se zabývá vymezením pojmu veřejného užívání pro lepší pochopení problematiky veřejného užívání lesa.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis analyzes the public use of forests and the legislative anchoring in the administrative law of the Czech Republic. At the same time, this thesis aims to analyze the current legal situation and evaluate its shortcomings and the possibilities of improving the regulation of individual institutes, including the decision-making practice of administrative authorities and selected jurisprudence of courts. Part of the thesis is focusing on the definition of the public use as a concept for a better understanding of the public use of the forest.en
